  • Orders are processed and shipped out usually in 1 business day. Some orders require 3-5 days.

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Daily Deal Items are Final.
  • Sale items, Doorbusters, Seasonal Items, and Accessories are NOT returnable. They are final sale.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Any items purchased with store credit and all exchanges are FINAL SALE.

There may be additional delays due to weather and USPS/UPS exceptions that are beyond our control.

Lost Packages- If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.

Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control. 


Gift Cards expire 6 months from date of purchase.


Store Credits expires 30 days from date of return.
